Classic Coco 2.55

Before I left London for NZ my mother very kindly gave me a classic handbag she has had for years. It happens to be a 2.55 black Chanel handbag.

I am in heaven - it is the most beautifully made and timeless piece which I will treasure forever. I can't thank my mother enough for her kindness... and her good taste.

Autumn boots...

It's Autumn here in Auckland and I am already thinking... new wardrobe! If only I could walk in the sky highs...!

Topshop is finally opening in NZ!! Topshop's opening weekend at The Department Store in Takapuna is only possible because a lucky dispatch which saw 1,000 units was sent out of the UK prior to the massive worldwide airspace disruptions caused by Mt Eyjafjallakul!

On Saturday May 1st at 9.00am, Topshop will open its doors at The Department Store and will only be open for this weekend - until more stock arrives.

I have arrived! Currently in Auckland after a week in Wellington and Palmerston North. NZ has been good to me so far and despite feeling travel sick for the 7 hour journey up from Palmie to Auckland, the views were utterly AMAZING. Breathtaking.

I have seen more beautiful scenery in the last week than I have seen in a life time. Wide open roads with nothing but nature passing by. You have to see it to believe it. It really is a spectacle.

It is Autumn over here which is taking some getting used to as London had such beautiful weather before left and continues to do so. When the sun does come out here though, it is very strong so it's easy to tan here! Always a bonus.

Time will tell if I can make it my home here but so far so good and I have high hopes...

I'm leavin' on a jet plane....Don't know when I'll be back again!

So the time has finally come! Only 5 more sleeps before we leave for NZ! Wow! I can't believe it has come so soon! Very excited but sooo much to do. Only sad news is that I am heading for another winter but on the upside, I have heard Topshop is opening in Auckland this month - perfect timing!

Also celebrated another bithday recently - may be getting old but getting some fabulous presents including my very lovely Michael Kors watch and London themed charms to remind me of home...
